What You'll Do

  • Develop scalable API services and transition legacy integrations to a next-gen iPaaS platform.
  • Design user-friendly, high-performance API solutions that empower teams across the business.
  • Improve API governance frameworks to make development more efficient and intuitive.
  • Build seamless integrations between key systems, enhancing automation and connectivity.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operations teams to co-create solutions that drive long-term value.
  • Ensure the reliability and accessibility of mission-critical systems.
  • Contribute to technical strategy and solution design, helping shape the direction of integration architecture.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in integration engineering, focusing on TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS, REST APIs, Web Services, and TIBCO Container Edition.
  • Experience designing flexible, scalable system architectures (microservices, API marketplaces, or similar).
  • Hands-on API development experience with expertise in Java or C++.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on collaboration and shared success.
  • Ability to shape technical direction while considering business needs and real-world impact.
  • Passion for mentoring and learning in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
