Job Description:

• Manage interfaces between the project and third parties to support optimal development and effective procurement and delivery planning.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across regions and sites, resolving issues and conflicting requirements in a timely manner.
• Oversee interface management between the project and third parties during project delivery and commissioning phases.
• Engage with key third-party stakeholders affected by the project to understand their needs and concerns, ensuring strong and effective relationships are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development of the operations and management control system, including integration with third-party systems and operations.
• Support the creation and implementation of the Interface Management Plan, and monitor its progress and effectiveness.
• Assist in developing the project schedule and monitoring progress throughout the project.
• Provide input and propose solutions that minimize third-party impact while ensuring commercially efficient project delivery.
• Maintain effective working relationships with third parties to prevent disputes and avoid potential commercial compensation claims.
• Prepare and maintain standardized documentation and regular reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key issues, resolutions, and project performance to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure a collaborative approach across teams, facilitating the planning and delivery of interface-related work, with clear understanding and resolution of all issues.
• Proactively identify hazards and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) risks within your area of responsibility and within project design. Promote safety and system integrity to leaders, clients, and colleagues.

Desired Characteristics

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar (Bachelor’s/Master’s)
• Strong experience on large, complex projects (HVDC, oil & gas, energy, offshore wind)
• PMP Certification (or equivalent)
• Proven success in international, matrix environments
• Fluent in English (Dutch/German a plus).
