We are hiring a Senior Silicon Supply Chain Program Manager (Technical Solution Manager), to join the team that manages the supply chain for Microsoft's own designed silicon, Maia and Cobalt. The Silicon supply chain team manages the launch, manufacturing and delivery of these silicon chips into Microsoft's datacenters. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your semiconductor & supply chain experience as well as your program management experience bringing innovative chipsets to life. As a Senior Technical Solution Manager, you will lead and partner with cross-functional teams (business, finance, supply chain and engineering) towards product launch and throughout the product life cycle. In addition to demonstrating operational excellence and program management expertise, you will have the opportunity to create new processes and technical solutions as you build new capabilities for Microsoft own designed silicon. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming * OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming * OR equivalent experience. * 4+ years of direct experience in semiconductor supply chains as well as operations or factory management. * 4+ years of experience with change management in a manufacturing environment, with focus on new product introduction and change management. Technical Solution Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
