We’re looking for a Senior Shopify Developer to join us and own the development of Shopify storefronts and custom apps. You’ll work closely with our other developers, designers, strategists, and clients to turn ideas and business goals into scalable solutions — from a blank theme to a high-performing live store.

You’re not just coding what’s asked — you’re bringing ideas, spotting technical risks, and figuring out how to make things work even when the answer isn’t obvious.

• Building Shopify stores from scratch using best practices and native Shopify capabilities.
• Developing custom sections and features that elevate UX and improve performance.
• Creating custom Shopify apps to solve complex needs when native features aren’t enough.
• Working with our development team to align on best practices and scalable architecture.
• Developing and maintaining internal apps and tools to streamline our processes and support client work.
• Collaborating with strategy and UX teams to solve business challenges with tech.
• Optimizing speed, SEO, accessibility, and overall performance of Shopify storefronts.
• Staying ahead of Shopify updates and leveraging the latest features (metaobjects, Shopify Functions, Checkout Extensibility, etc.).
• Debugging and troubleshooting efficiently

• 4+ years of experience building custom Shopify themes and apps.
• Strong command of Liquid, Shopify APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Git.
• Experience with Shopify Plus features
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Comfort working in cross-functional teams and communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
• You’re solution-oriented: when there’s a blocker, you don’t just say “it’s not possible” — you find another angle.

• Experience integrating third-party systems (ERPs, PIMs, WMSs).
• Previous agency or freelance experience working with multiple clients.
• Experience mentoring or managing devs.
