About the Role 

We are looking for an exceptional frontend engineer with strong data visualization experience to join our team. You'll work in a deeply iterative, collaborative, fast-paced environment to build sophisticated data dashboards and analysis tools with enterprise-grade reliability. Expectation from this role: 

• Design and develop advanced data visualization dashboards with interactive maps, filterable data tables, and multi-dimensional metrics display 
• Build complex, high-performance data grids and tables capable of handling large datasets with color-coded indicators, percentage displays, and comparative analytics 
• Implement geographic visualization components with pincode/zipcode level data representation and regional performance metrics 
• Create dynamic, interactive charts and graphs that clearly communicate growth rates, distribution patterns, and key performance metrics 
• Develop customizable filtering systems that allow users to compare data across multiple time periods 
• Ensure visualizations are responsive and performant even when displaying thousands of data points 
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement complex data transformations on the frontend 
• Build reusable component libraries for data visualization that can be leveraged across the application 
• Drive the architecture and technical decision-making process to ensure the scalability and maintainability of our data-intensive applications 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

Frontend Development: 

• 4+ years of experience building production web apps at scale using TypeScript, React, and other web technologies 
• Proven expertise with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts, or similar tools 
• Experience building complex, interactive data tables/grids with libraries like ag-Grid, React Table, or similar 
• Strong knowledge of geospatial visualization using tools like Mapbox, Leaflet, or Google Maps API 
• Expert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) 
• Advanced proficiency with React hooks, Context API, and Redux for state management 
• Demonstrated experience creating responsive, cross-browser compatible dashboards and visualization components 
• Experience optimizing frontend performance for applications handling large datasets 

Data Integration & Processing: 

• Experience working with REST APIs or GraphQL to fetch and integrate data into frontend applications 
• Ability to transform and normalize complex data structures for visualization 
• Knowledge of data caching strategies to improve dashboard performance 
• Experience implementing real-time data updates and websocket integration 

DevOps and Deployment: 

• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment processes 
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and cloud services such as AWS or Azure 
• Experience deploying data-intensive applications and ensuring optimal performance 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with TypeScript and integrating it with React for type-safe development 
• Proficiency with GraphQL for efficient data fetching 
• Experience building dashboard solutions that offer greater flexibility and customization than standard BI tools 
• Knowledge of accessibility standards for data visualization components 
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress) 
• Familiarity with Python for backend data processing tasks 
• Experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) 
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industries 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira
