Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Egypt, Giza , Dokki / Hybrid Module

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

● Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.

● Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

● Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.

● Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

● Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira or Trello.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Additional Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, etc.).

● Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

● Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP).

● Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
