Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across multiple SAP platforms (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP Cloud).
• Implement and maintain SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM).
• Perform user license classification and optimization (mapping users to appropriate license types based on usage).
• Conduct Full Use Equivalent (FUE) user mapping, calculation, and reporting to ensure licensing compliance.
• Work closely with Licensing and Procurement teams to align SAP access with contractual obligations.
• Analyze user roles and transactions to recommend appropriate licensing tiers (e.g., Professional, Developer, Employee Use licenses).
• Support external and internal audits on SAP security, GRC processes, and licensing compliance.
• Identify and remediate risks related to access violations and license overuse.
• Stay updated on SAP's evolving licensing models (RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Cloud, indirect access scenarios).
• Educate stakeholders on best practices for SAP license compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in SAP Security and GRC, including role design, user administration, and access control.
• Strong understanding of SAP licensing models, especially Full Use Equivalent (FUE) concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control modules.
• Familiarity with SAP licensing audit processes and tools (e.g., USMM, LAW, SAP License Management Tools).
• Knowledge of SAP’s different license types and indirect access implications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
