The position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

This includes creating new Fiori apps, extending existing ones, and ensuring they align with the SAP Fiori design guidelines and best practices.

Developing and maintaining ABAP code within the SAP BTP environment, including building OData services for Fiori applications.

Working with existing SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, and ensuring seamless integration with new cloud-based solutions.

Configuring packaged software and SaaS products, as well as developing and testing new components or enhancements.

Providing technical support for ABAP development projects and troubleshooting issues.

Utilizing ABAP code analysis tools to assess the impact of code during conversions to SAP S/4HANA or migrations to SAP BTP.

Thoroughly testing ABAP code and Fiori applications to ensure they meet quality standards and perform as expected.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, including knowledge of ABAP object-oriented programming (OOABAP).

Experience with developing and deploying applications on SAP BTP, including knowledge of ABAP Cloud and relevant services.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori design principles, best practices, and the development of Fiori applications.

Experience with creating and consuming OData services.

Understanding of SAP HANA or other relevant databases used in SAP environments.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with development tools such as Eclipse or other IDEs used for ABAP development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
