Job Description

We are looking for Saleforce.com Developers to be part of our fast growing project implementation team. Candidates are required to have strong enterprise business application development and systems integration experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have the ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administration.

Qualifications & Key Skills

• Experience of writing efficient visual force pages / controllers and Apex classes in large data environments.
• Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns
• Work with integrations -- whether transitioning from a legacy system to Salesforce or integrating existing system with third party apps or WebServices
• Development on the force.com platform using APEX and Visualforce to accomplish and solve for complex business problems
• Develop and maintain visual force pages and integration to other third party solutions.
• Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support train new end users on the salesforce.com application
• Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies. Ability to handle full workload and meet proposed deadlines
• Independently carry out development, UAT, QA, implementation, documentation, and updates to Salesforce.com
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, Computer Science preferred
• 5+ years of experience with technical implementations of CRM projects
• 3-5 years of experience functioning as a Salesforce.com Developer for Enterprise edition or higher (preferably at mid to large, multi-dimensional organization)
• Salesforce.com (401) Certification is required
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including creation of standard and custom objects and fields etc.
• Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: Java, JScript, Force.com platform
• Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, db schema is required
• Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc.
• Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
