Overview

Scorpiosys LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Salesforce Development and Administration, with a focus on Apex programming, Visualforce, Flow automation, and platform configuration. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative CRM solutions across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build, optimize, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows) to automate complex business processes.
• Configure and administer Salesforce environments, including:
• User management (creation, deactivation, license assignment)
• Security management (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules)
• Custom objects and fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Record Types, and Approval Processes.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and Visualforce pages where declarative solutions are insufficient.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
• Conduct system testing, defect resolution, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality releases.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and apply new features (especially Flow and automation improvements) proactively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Salesforce Flow Builder (including advanced scenarios and troubleshooting)
• Apex programming (Triggers, Classes, Batch Jobs)
• Visualforce development
• Salesforce Admin configuration (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security and data access models.
• Experience with Salesforce API integration (REST/SOAP) and middleware concepts.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications: Administrator and/or Platform Developer I (preferred).
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Salesforce DX, Gearset, Copado) is desirable.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
