Summary

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in CPQ development and implementation, with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ.
  3. Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ or other CPQ platforms such as Apttus, Oracle CPQ, or PROS.
  4. Design and develop scalable CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
  5. Lead the implementation of Salesforce CPQ and other CPQ platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  6. Develop and configure product catalogs, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows within the CPQ platform.
  7. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CPQ system by implementing robust validation and error-handling mechanisms.
  8. Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  9. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  10. Experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
  11. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  12. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
  13. Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  14. Experience in Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  15. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  16. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical expertise and guidance.
  17. Collaborate with other developers and architects to design and implement CPQ enhancements and integrations.
  18. Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification is highly preferred.
  19. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
