About the Role:

We’re seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives and manage large accounts in the power distribution segment. The role involves key account management, team coordination, and high-value deal closures in the private sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-value sales across our product basket: Transformers (Oil, Dry, Solar), Compact Substations, MV Panels, RMUs, EV Chargers
  • Manage key private sector clients including industrial users, developers, consultants, and end-users
  • Lead techno-commercial negotiations and drive consultant engagement and vendor registrations
  • Lead a team of junior sales executives
  • Build long-term partnerships and secure strategic project wins
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to generate brand visibility and lead flow
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, identify potential product improvements, and partnership opportunities


What We’re Looking For:

  • 7–12 years in technical B2B sales (Builders, Power, EPC, Infra)
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving growing sales targets
  • Strong business acumen with experience in solution selling and long-cycle sales
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Ability to take ownership, mentor juniors, and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong relationships with consultants and end-user purchase heads is a must
