Summary

Selection and development of suitable RTK / GNSS solutions:
Selection and evaluation of GNSS/RTK chips / modules in collaboration with the departments for integration into the iMOW
(such as HW, SW, purchasing, system architecture)
Securing and qualification: Testing the system in real and simulated scenarios - focusing on accuracy, robustness, and repeatability as well as optimization within various environmental conditions
Network maintenance: Use and continuous expansion of your own network to Chinese RTK/GNSS chip manufacturers Requirements:
Educational Background: Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related fields Experience:
Several years of experience in the development, integration, and qualification of RTK/GNSS systems
In-depth knowledge of correction data services, RTK technology, GNSS protocols as well as experience with RTK base stations, correction servers, and associated infrastructure.
Very good network with various Chinese RTK/GNSS chip & antenna manufacturers & knowledge within the scene Technical Skills:
Experience with various RTK receivers and antennas
Experience with multisensor fusion is an advantage
(GNSS + VSLAM, IMU, wheel data)
Experience in qualification and debugging of GNSS systems in the target environment (reception quality, stability, EMC influences)
Knowledge of the various protocol types of the respective RTK / GNSS manufacturers (e.g. Quectel, u-blox)
Collaboration Skills: Experience working with European (especially German) companies and coordinating complex development projects Personal Attributes:

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English; basic knowledge of German is desirable
Team player with strong persuasion and assertiveness skills
