Your Job

• Maintain a robust Process Safety Management (PSM) system, ensuring ongoing compliance with both corporate PSM standards, and local regulations.
• Transfer knowledge of PSM standards across site functions.
• Support both site-internal PSM compliance audits and global/government led PSM audits.
• Support Lead Process Safety Engineer to track and evaluate PSM KPI’s and manage improvement plans.
• Support process safety risk assessments for changes to the process units.
• Support Process Safety Event root cause analysis and investigation.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance for PSM subjects such as Inherently Safe Design, MOC, RCA, PHA, SIL Certification, MI Programs etc.
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Around 3-5 years of experience in the petrochemical industry, with preferably at least 1-2 years in a PSM role or as a PSM element owner (MOC, PHA, PSI etc).
• Good collaboration with a diverse team from different functions/areas.
• Understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) & Process Hazard Analysis (PHA).
• Familiar with processes handling highly hazardous chemicals.
• Familiar with regulations, codes and standards pertaining to Process Safety in the Chemical Industry (SH, GB, NFPA, API, CCPS-PSM, RMP-US etc).
