Responsibilities & Scope Of Work

• Review offshore process safety philosophies and procedures, HSE government regulations and Authorized Third Party safety requirements during FEED and Detail
  
  

Design phase.

• Report to the process lead engineer, plan the safety design schedule, scope of work and
  
  

Manpower estimation as well as quality assurance and risk management

• Plan and organize and participate HAZID / HAZOP / What If / SIL / QRA etc safety workshops and close out the related actions .
• Assist Incident Investigation teams in investigating and classifying process safety incidents, as well as providing support in the development of process tools and action plans to close identified Process Safety gaps.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor degree or above in chemical or oil & gas engineering with at least 8 years related process safety engineering experience
• Extensive experience for safety workshops management and solutions provider.
  
  

Directly participated offshore topside process safety design works (incl. FEED and detailed design) for FPSO / Production platform

• Proven experience of Classification Rules (DNV / ABS / BV) and related Offshore
  
  

Standards / Codes such as API / Norsok / ASME / UK HSE etc. .
