Responsibilities * Own the performance of Exotec systems at client sites * Oversee the reliability of client sites, analyzing performance, and creating and executing performance improvement plans * Analyze the root cause of issues escalated from Exotec Control Center * Act as level 2 escalation for non-core products (3rd party conveyors, etc.) * Work directly with clients to diagnose and resolve interoperability issues * Plan and execute site software and system updates * In conjunction with the sites managers, coach on-site technicians on site best practices to support uptime targets * Propose and help drive maintenance procedures and process improvements across North America and globally. * Actively engage with Exotec R&D and product teams on specific maintenance issues * As part of the client team, work with the client contract engineer and sites manager to respond to client requests, including monthly performance reporting
