You are: A Test Lead with Oracle Cloud experience The Work: As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test suites using Tosca Test suite. Your day-to-day activities will include: * Managing a team of on-shore and offshore resources * Creating and executing test cases to ensure the quality of the ERP solution * Analyzing test results and providing feedback to the functional and development team. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of the ERP solution. * Reporting accurate metrics during test prep and execution activities. * Understanding the scope of test strategy and managing communication to colleagues and client leadership This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week in office. Qualification Here's what you need: * A minimum of 8 years of progressive Testing experience including in a lead role with good understanding of Tosca and Testing Methodology * A minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle Cloud business process and functions * Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bonus points if you have: * An Oracle Cloud certification * Previous consulting experience Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
