This role will be responsible for managing the flow of financial information from branches to produce financial and management reports. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with finance and operations to ensure data integrity and alignment of financial information Continuously evaluate data collection and reporting process to improve efficiency and accuracy Coordinate with branch teams to ensure monthly financial information is reported in a timely manner, prepare consolidated financial reports Manage proforma information for newly acquired branches in the financial reporting system Setup budget information in financial reporting system, prepare budget to actual reporting and assist management in preparing analysis Assist in preparing treasury reporting Produce ad hoc reporting for management Assist with financial audit requests ACCOUNTABILITIES Continual learning and development in the body of knowledge through FirstCall Academy, to ensure we set the bar for skill level in the industry Elite level of customer service, to ensure we continue to be the FirstCall for potential employees in the industry ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT This position reports to the Head of Finance Transformation. Degree in finance, accounting or related field 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Financial Reporting roles Working understanding of accounting principles Experience with financial reporting software, Sage Intacct is a plus Experience working in multi-entity environment a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and detail oriented Proficient with data analysis, forecasting, critical thinking and problem-solving BEHAVIORAL PROFILE Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Environmental Requirements Will be required to work in a field environment, and multiple customer sites on a daily basis.
