POSITION OVERVIEW
FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join the fast-growing finance team. This role will be responsible for managing the flow of financial information from branches to produce financial and management reports.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with finance and operations to ensure data integrity and alignment of financial information
Continuously evaluate data collection and reporting process to improve efficiency and accuracy
Coordinate with branch teams to ensure monthly financial information is reported in a timely manner, prepare consolidated financial reports
Manage proforma information for newly acquired branches in the financial reporting system
Setup budget information in financial reporting system, prepare budget to actual reporting and assist management in preparing analysis
Assist in preparing treasury reporting
Produce ad hoc reporting for management
Assist with financial audit requests

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
This position reports to the Head of Finance Transformation.
Degree in finance, accounting or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Financial Reporting roles
Working understanding of accounting principles
Experience with financial reporting software, Sage Intacct is a plus
Experience working in multi-entity environment a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Proficient with data analysis, forecasting, critical thinking and problem-solving

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Mental stamina for problem-solving and prioritizing multiple tasks.
Environmental Requirements
Will be required to work in a field environment, and multiple customer sites on a daily basis.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is continually required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
