Job Title: MIS & Reporting Analyst – US Staffing

Location: Greater Noida West, UP

Shift Timing: EST Shift (Night Shift IST)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven MIS Analyst with prior experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, dashboards, and actionable insights that support recruitment operations and business performance. This role requires strong command over advanced Excel, comfort with large datasets, and availability to work in US Eastern Time (EST).

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports focused on recruitment metrics (submissions, interviews, offers, joinings, gross margin, etc.).
• Design and automate dashboards using advanced Excel tools (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA, etc.).
• Analyze recruiter and account performance trends, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with Delivery Leads, Recruitment Heads, and Account Managers.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across internal reports.
• Provide ad-hoc data support for business reviews, client presentations, and leadership needs.
• Suggest and implement process improvements in MIS and reporting systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with a strong analytical foundation.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an MIS Analyst in a US staffing or recruitment firm.
• Expertise in Advanced MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working in night shift (EST timing).
• Strong understanding of US staffing metrics, terminologies, and reporting cycles.
