About the Role:

This is a hands-on, high-impact position for an experienced finance recruiter who is passionate about delivering results, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the growth of a high-performing team.

Management experience is desirable, with future opportunities to build and lead your own team. For those who deliver consistent results and show strong leadership, there is a clear and accelerated path to Director level within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full 360° recruitment: sourcing, engaging, and placing high-calibre finance professionals across sectors
• Building, managing, and expanding a portfolio of client and candidate relationships
• Driving new business development and market expansion initiatives
• Advising clients and candidates on hiring strategies, market trends, and career planning
• Mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members (where applicable)
• Collaborating closely with the leadership team on the firm’s strategic growth plans
• Consistently achieving and exceeding performance and revenue targets

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of proven, hands-on recruitment experience, with a strong focus on finance roles
• Demonstrated success in client development and revenue generation
• Strong consultative and strategic advisory skills
• Management experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and grow
• Fluent in English (Dutch language skills are advantageous but not required)
• Based in or willing to relocate to Rotterdam
