Role Overview:

As an Account Manager ICT Recruiting, you will be responsible for:

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing key accounts.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle to identify and deliver top candidates for client assignments.
• Collaborating closely with an internal recruitment team to ensure the best talent match.
• Maintaining ongoing communication and support for both clients and consultants on assignment.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain long-term relationships with both clients and consultants.

• Experience as an account manager, preferably within ICT staffing.
• At least a bachelor's degree (HBO), preferably in a commercial field.
• Team player who collaborates closely with recruiters to find the perfect match.
