About the Role:
We are looking for experienced HR Recruiters to join our growing team, specializing in talent acquisition for the pharmaceutical industry.
If you have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for pharma sector roles, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring — we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified candidates for client/hiring manager review.
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for the pharma sector.
Requirements:
10 plus years of recruitment experience, preferably within the pharma industry.
Strong understanding of pharma roles and industry practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
