Summary

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process for a variety of positions across different departments. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, ensuring the best candidates are matched with the right roles. This role requires strong recruiting skills, a deep understanding of industry trends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to making offers and onboarding new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize multiple recruitment tools to find and attract candidates. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure they align with the companys needs. Administer pre-employment testing and reference checks as required.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 - 4+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of successfully filling various roles.

Skills: Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and talent assessments. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to assess and understand candidate fit, both for skills and cultural alignment. Personal Attributes: Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving recruitment targets. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Proactive and highly motivated with a problem-solving attitude. Excellent relationship-building skills with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
