Join us to make a real impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Quality Assurance and Automation Engineer to take complete ownership of the quality lifecycle across our mobile applications, operational dashboards, and custom ERP platforms.

In this senior role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of all customer-facing and internal systems — from mobile apps to complex web-based applications and backend ERP modules. You will manage end-to-end testing, database validation, release coordination, and critical hotfix validations.

You will be the final sign-off authority before production releases — driving excellence in every aspect of the product delivery cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own and lead the entire QA lifecycle across mobile apps, web dashboards, and custom ERP systems.
  2. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test strategies covering functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and compatibility testing.
  3. Conduct thorough backend testing, including database validation (MS SQL Server) and API layer verification.
  4. Build and maintain automated test frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright) for mobile and web platforms, following best practices such as Page Object Model (POM).
  5. Manage test planning, case design, execution tracking, and coverage maintenance using TestRail.
  6. Track, report, and manage defects effectively using JIRA, collaborating closely with development and product teams for timely resolutions.
  7. Lead release certification activities, including mobile app store submissions, web platform deployments, and ERP module rollouts.
  8. Coordinate and validate emergency releases and hotfix deployments under high-priority conditions.
  9. Implement and maintain CI/CD-integrated testing pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment validation.
  10. Monitor post-release performance and conduct rapid issue verification in production environments.
  11. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to align QA activities with development and release schedules.
  12. Lead, mentor, and coach QA team members to ensure consistent high-quality delivery across projects.
  13. Continuously monitor and optimize QA processes, introducing improvements to testing efficiency, coverage, and defect management practices.
  14. Analyze user feedback, operational incidents, and production monitoring logs to proactively identify product improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 8+ years of professional QA experience across mobile, web, and enterprise system applications.
  3. Strong expertise in both manual and automated testing of:
  4. Mobile apps (iOS/Android)
  5. Web dashboards and portals
  6. Backend ERP modules and APIs
  7. Advanced experience in SQL database testing, writing and executing complex queries (MS SQL Server preferred).
  8. Hands-on experience with TestRail for test planning and execution management.
  9. Strong expertise in JIRA for defect tracking, sprint planning, and release workflows.
  10. Deep experience implementing structured automation frameworks with Page Object Model (POM).
  11. Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and integrating automated testing within pipelines.
  12. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  13. Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration.
  14. High attention to detail, quality-first mindset, and strong accountability for deliverables.
  15. Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, especially around critical releases.

Skills:

  1. Mobile App Testing (Manual & Automation)
  2. Web Application Testing
  3. ERP System Testing
  4. SQL Database Validation
  5. TestRail Test Management
  6. JIRA Defect Tracking

  2. Experience with cloud-based cross-browser/device testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
  3. Knowledge of performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing practices (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite).
  4. Familiarity with ERP workflows, operational KPIs, and enterprise application standards.
