Headquartered in the UK and Egypt, we focus on building solutions that bridge business needs with smart, scalable execution. Now, we’re hiring an automation engineer who not only builds — but brings joy to the process.
We’re looking for a Creative Automation Engineer — someone who builds powerful, functional, and beautifully engineered automations. You won’t just optimize processes — you’ll craft tools that feel alive: interactive, visual, and intuitive.
Whether it's an internal reporting tool, a webhook-driven trigger system, or a Zapier flow enhanced with animated feedback — this role is for someone who loves creative coding and seamless automation.
– Design and build automation flows that solve real-world business problems
– Create tools with clean, elegant interfaces (CLI, lightweight UIs, or Slack bots)
– Use APIs, webhooks, and integrations across tools (Notion, Slack, HubSpot, etc.)
– Build engaging features like animated loaders, live status indicators, or reactive components in automations
– Collaborate with marketing, ops, and BD teams to understand internal automation needs
– Maintain clean, documented, and modular codebases for automation scripts and microservices
– Continuously improve systems to reduce manual effort, increase speed, and delight internal users
– Node.js, Python
– Zapier, Make.com, n8n, GitHub Actions
– REST APIs, Webhooks, GraphQL
– Slack Bots, Notion API, Google Workspace Automations
– Bonus: Light experience with UI scripting or animation (Framer Motion, CLI UX libraries)
– Love building tools that make people say “Whoa, that’s clever.”
– Write clean, modular, and well-documented code
– Have experience building workflows or internal tools that people actually enjoy using
– Are fluent in async work, automation logic, and third-party integrations
– Enjoy working closely with non-technical teams to turn needs into beautiful systems
– Like seeing immediate results from your work and improving how teams operate every day
– 100% remote flexibility
– Creative freedom and space to build your own tooling vision
– Access to premium tools and platforms
– Collaboration with fun, fast-moving teams that appreciate great engineering
– Growth opportunities into systems architecture or internal product development
– Competitive compensation based on experience and impact
