Uprite Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Special Projects Group (SPG), focusing on interior renovations and tenant improvements across hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience in fast-paced, occupied-space environments who thrives on managing complex, detail-oriented projects with precision and care. The Senior Project Manager will be based out of our Irvine, CA office.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of interior renovation projects, from pre-construction planning to closeout
• Lead concurrent projects within hospitality, retail, and healthcare environments, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field staff to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and proactive communication throughout each project
• Identify risks and resolve issues swiftly to keep projects on track
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and Uprite’s safety policies
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery in highly specialized interior spaces
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction with a strong focus on interior renovations and tenant improvements
• Demonstrated success managing projects in hospitality, retail, and/or healthcare, including working in occupied and sensitive environments
• Experience managing multiple fast-track projects ranging from $1M to $25M
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and the MS Office Suite
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus; OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to motivate teams and build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
