Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in ServiceNow implementations? Our client is seeking an experienced, Senior Project Manager to lead the deployment and integration of ServiceNow solutions, enhancing their IT service management capabilities.

About the Role:

This will be a contractor position for an initial 6-month period with possibility of extension. You will be based in the CBD, working in a hybrid working arrangement. My client are looking for an immediate start.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation;
• Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines effectively;
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction; and
• Provide training and support to internal teams, fostering adoption of ServiceNow solutions.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong governance expertise and excellent ability with managing third party vendor partnerships;
• Extensive experience in managing ServiceNow projects, including successful implementations and integrations;
• Prior working experience within the telecommunications industry;
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices;
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels;
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget; and
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP or ITIL, are highly desirable.
