Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, using appropriate verification techniques.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their requirements are met.
• Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• 8+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in Banking and Government.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
