Role and Team Summary:
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects that span across various disciplines serving Relativity's Engineering department. Your daily functions include managing multiple projects while continually seeking to capitalize on opportunities to drive operational efficiencies and increasing customer satisfaction. You will acquire a deep understanding of Relativity's systems and capabilities to provide solutions to a variety of business and technical challenges.

- Work with business stakeholders, Product & Engineering Managers to define project scope, objectives, key results, tasks, milestones, budgets, success metrics/KPIs, and customer satisfaction
- Identify, drive, and manage project goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, issue resolution, contingency plans, communication plans and change control
- Lead and influence interdisciplinary teams, setting clear expectations, motivating team members, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Take the initiative to proactively track project risks and issues, communicate them to appropriate levels, drive the mitigation and resolution
- Develop and publish implementation & adoptions plans, in partnership with stakeholders.
- Provide project progress reports to project team, stakeholders, management, and executives - Build collaborative and productive relationships by partnering with Product Managers, team members and external stakeholders to help accomplish key business objectives
- Develop a strong understanding of business and technical problems that teams are solving, able to work with stakeholders and teams to prioritize, clarify, and organize team’s work based on this knowledge
- Establish and cultivate positive relationships and open lines of communication with project stakeholders.
- Support the maintenance of project management guidelines, training programs, policies and procedures; instill continuous improvement practices on teams
- Assist with the development of SLA, RFIs, and RFPs as required to enable third party solutions and IT services
- Monitor vendor activities to ensure compliance with contract expectations and company standards
- Maintain an attitude of commitment and exhibit responsibility for the needs of team members and external customers
- Mentor and assist in the growth of other project managers
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of products or services
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, or related area of study or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing delivery of customer-facing and internally facing products or services
- Experience in a client-facing role and working in cross-functional teams towards common goal
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, EC-AglPM, PMI-ACP, or similar from an accredited organization

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
149 000 and 224 000PLN
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
