🚀 Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation & SAP S/4HANA

Are you ready to lead large-scale digital transformation projects across an international organization in the energy sector?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive complex transformation initiatives – including international SAP S/4HANA rollouts and strategic IT modernization programs.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level projects (especially SAP S/4HANA) across multiple countries and business units.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholders in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, IT, external vendors, and executive leadership.
• Establish and manage governance frameworks, PMO practices, and project reporting standards.
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with digital transformation and innovation goals.

✅ Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP/digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementations (preferably in multi-national settings).
• Strong knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Preferably experienced in Jira, SAP Activate
• PMP®, PRINCE2®, or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2) for effective communication in international projects.
