✍️ What You’ll Bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields,
• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience,
• Proficient in PMI-approved project management methodologies,
• Holder of at least one valid certification such as PMP, PSM I, PMI-ACP, or equivalent,
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban,
• Experienced with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Strong leadership and communication skills,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Preferably has project management experience in the finance sector.

👩‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing?

• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk in accordance with PMI methodologies
• Act as a Scrum Master to ensure teams operate according to Agile principles,
• Use project and task management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps effectively to transparently track project progress,
• Conduct stakeholder management through strong communication and coordination skills,
• Submit project reports to senior management in a timely and complete manner,
• Enhance team motivation, coordinate task distribution, and remove obstacles,
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively,
• Reflect experience gained in financial sector projects as added value to the process.(preferred)
