This job position is for the Business Line Manager on CRM applications, requiring ability of managing resources, manage multiple projects and maintaining customer relationship.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage resources (＞50 people)
• Manage multiple projects
• Manage project process to ensure delivery quality
• Support project team to find proper solutions
• Manage stakeholders to keep good relationship
• Support SBU(Strategy Business Unit) Head to achieve company KPI Requirements:
• At least 5 yrs of development experience on .net or similar technology
• At least 5 yrs of project management or BA experience
• At least 3 years resource management experience (＞30 people)
• Proficient ability in English reading/writing/speaking (Cantonese is a plus)
• Good ability of presentation
• Strong commercial sense and Good negotiation skills
• Nice to have PMP certificate or Agile certificate
• Nice to have insurance experience
• Bachelor or above in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
