Position Description:

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of enterprise solutions for our public sector clients. You will collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including technical consultants and client representatives, to develop and execute comprehensive project management plans. These plans will be instrumental in maximizing customer satisfaction, achieving project milestones on time and within budget, and driving efficient resource allocation.



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-enterprise projects, developing and maintaining project management plans, leading high-performing teams and inspiring them to deliver for our customers.
  • Work directly with customers to execute the contract, deliver quality enterprise solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed profitability targets by dynamically prioritizing project resources and implementing process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency.
  • Drive timely completion of key project milestones and contractual deliverables.
  • Manage project materials ensuring visibility of milestones, schedule, tasks, issues, risk, action items, and all project documentation.
  • Provide status reports to the project group and executive team.
  • Identify, negotiate, and document change orders with the customer.
  • Identify and manage risks, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Ensure project documentation is completed and signed-off by customers.
  • Lead project teams distributed across multiple locations.
  • Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth and improve team performance
  • Identify, scope, and estimate additional business opportunities with current customers.
  • Grasp and clearly convey customer business objectives across teams to create the statement of work for the Aurigo Software delivery team.
  • Travel up to 20% annually.



Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience as part of a consulting
  • organization implementing enterprise systems, budgets over $1M.
  • Minimum 8 years in IT consulting focused on enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrate a predisposition to action and calm under pressure.
  • Enterprising, self-driven, and proven track record in uncompromising quality.
  • Experience delivering IT enterprise systems across multiple functional areas.
  • Experience managing project teams comprised of remote and onsite staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience as the main customer contact throughout the software project lifecycle.
  • Experience implementing SaaS software; leading subject matter experts, project managers, and
  • management throughout the adoption process.
  • PMP required, CSM preferred.
  • Background in transportation system construction, CIP Planning, Portfolio and Project
  • Management, Construction Management, or Asset Management is a plus.
  • Executing contracts with City, County, or State jurisdictions is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or Business.
  • Background in Technology and various delivery methodologies is a plus.
