  • Your Responsibilities:

    ✔️ Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout

    ✔️ Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts

    ✔️ Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution

    ✔️ Lead project teams, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage

    ✔️ Identify and mitigate risks while proactively solving project challenges


    What We’re Looking For:

    5+ years of experience in project management for ground-up commercial construction

    ✅ Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation

    ✅ Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams

    ✅ Experience with multifamily, office, retail, industrial, or hospitality projects is a plus

    ✅ Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software
