About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Leader to guide project teams and oversee every phase of project development, ensuring quality design solutions that meet schedule and budget requirements. This role requires a deep commitment to client satisfaction and the empowerment of team members to bring their full talents to every project.

What You'll Do

• Lead full project teams, including consultants, ensuring cohesive collaboration across all project stages
• Drive project design excellence, sustainability, and technical execution, including exterior skin design, waterproofing, life-safety systems, vertical transportation, and code compliance
• Develop and edit project specifications to meet project requirements and industry standards
• Serve as a key client contact, responsible for proposal development and contract negotiations
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources through all phases of design and construction
• Cultivate a collaborative work environment that values each team member’s contribution to project success
  
  

What You Bring

• Minimum 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in Architecture
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
• Expertise in Revit, BIM 360, Architectural Desktop (ADT), and SketchUp
• Skilled in specification writing, editing, and technical detail execution
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple assignments concurrently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in standard business software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Professional registration required.
