What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for AI/LLM initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to build features that are functional, scalable, and future-facing.
• Act as the main point of contact across internal teams and third-party partners to ensure timely and seamless delivery.
• Translate customer pain points into clearly defined product requirements, particularly within the AI/LLM space.
• Stay on the pulse of AI trends, leveraging new developments to drive innovation and usability.
• Provide consistent updates to leadership, while managing timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure the end-user remains at the core of every product decision through research-driven insight and testing.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of product management experience, ideally with direct exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
• Technical background or strong familiarity with software development and AI systems, including NLP.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate international stakeholders.
• Experience with B2C SaaS products and user-centric design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or similar.
