Job Description:

• New Product Introduction – Operations Program Specialist
• We are seeking an Operations Program Specialist to support new product launches.
• The ideal candidate will manage materials for development builds, track orders and delivery timelines, handle BOM setup with OEMs, and ensure build readiness.
• This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle shifting priorities, and excellent communication with engineering, procurement, and supplier teams.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Order, track, and manage materials for development builds.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials via procurement and suppliers.
• Track and communicate changes to project plans.
• Identify and resolve risks in material readiness and sourcing.
• Create purchase requisitions and track invoices and goods receipts.
• Work with OEMs on Bill of Materials (BOM) setup and FAI planning.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years in project management, operations, or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, or Science).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience handling large data sets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented.
• Ability to adapt in fast-changing environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile or database tools.
• International travel readiness (if needed).
