About the Company - TEC Group is assisting a leading chemical manufacturer in hiring a Process/Project Engineer to support their production operations.

About the Role - This role is responsible for driving process improvements and managing project engineering initiatives across manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will design, optimize, and implement efficient manufacturing processes within a chemical production environment.

Responsibilities -

• Analyze and improve workflows, space utilization, and equipment layout to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Design and optimize production processes, including tooling and materials, in collaboration with vendors and operators.
• Lead and support capital projects, from planning through execution and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain process controls and logic systems.
• Prepare detailed reports on product/process trends and conduct cost/time analyses.
• Support preventative maintenance and ensure all safety and company policies are followed.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of engineering experience in specialty chemicals
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
