Position: Senior Process Engineer

Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a manufacturing company that is searching for a Senior Process Engineer to join their team. This individual will support manufacturing operations through process improvement and project engineering activities, primarily within a chemical production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with process design, optimization, and workflow improvements
• Support projects from planning through implementation
• Evaluate equipment, layouts, and production methods
• Collaborate with teams on technical and operational initiatives
• Prepare reports and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Perform other duties as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
• 8–10 years of related experience in manufacturing
• Familiarity with controls, process development, and relevant software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must adhere to safety and compliance standards

Salary for the Senior Process Engineer role ranges from $130k/year to $140k/year based on experience.
