ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a well-known ICT Solutions provider, is looking for an experienced Senior Presales Systems Engineer.

Our client is a dynamic company specializing in providing cutting-edge technological solutions to a wide range of Enterprises, for over 30 years.

📌 Location: Athens, Northern sector

📍 Working Model: Hybrid working model (3 days office, 2 remote)

🖋️You will be reporting to the Presales Manager

What you will do:

As a Senior Presales Systems Engineer, you will significantly contribute to the development and presentation of technical solutions that meet clients’ needs. You will work closely with the Presales Lead, as well as the Sales, Technical Support, and Product Management teams, providing your knowledge and professional expertise at every stage of the sales process

More specifically you will:

• Participate in the design and writing of technical proposals
• Analyze clients’ needs and propose solutions tailored to their specifications
• Provide technical guidance to the Sales team, highlighting the advantages of the company’s solutions
• Participate in commercial meetings and presentations, answering clients’ technical questions
• Organize and execute demos (e.g., proof-of-concept) to showcase the value of the company’s products and services
• Ensure presentations are understandable and tailored to the audience
• Coordinate with Product Management and Technical Support departments to resolve queries and continuously improve solutions
• Convey clients’ needs to technical teams for appropriate adjustments or improvements
• Monitor technological developments and market trends, sharing this knowledge with the Presales team
• Contribute to the development of best practices, offering valuable experience and advice to the team
• Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of proposals/offers (RFP, RFQ, etc.), ensuring all technical requirements are met

Requirements

• A Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience of over 5 years as a Systems Engineer
• Proven experience in a Presales role or similar technical-commercial position
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, cloud infrastructures, or other related technologies
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to maintain customer-centric mentality for all deliverables
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (verbal and written)
