Seer is working with Europe’s most profitable fin-tech business as they scale their world-class engineering function — and we’re hiring experienced Platform Engineers with strong Golang and Cloud experience to join the core platform team in their London HQ.

The Role:

As a Platform Engineer, you’ll work on designing and scaling the company’s internal developer platform and backend infrastructure — enabling fast, secure, and reliable product delivery at scale. You'll be hands-on with Golang, distributed systems, and modern cloud-native tooling.

Key Details:

• 🏢 Location: London HQ - Onsite 4 days per week
• 💰 Salary: £100,000 - £180,000 base depending on experience
• ⚙️ Tech Stack: Golang, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Terraform, CI/CD, gRPC, Docker
• 📈 Team: Scaling platform team with high ownership and autonomy

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build scalable backend systems and platform services in Golang
• Develop and maintain cloud-native infrastructure across AWS/GCP
• Automate infrastructure, deployment, and observability pipelines
• Collaborate with security, product, and dev teams to ensure rock-solid reliability
• Continuously improve developer experience and system performance

We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience with Golang for backend and systems development
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, containers, and CI/CD
• Familiarity with modern platform engineering practices and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a product-driven mindset
