Summary

Application Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications with a focus on performance and scalability


Programming Expertise:

  • Utilize SQL, PL/SQL, and JavaScript to build robust and efficient application logic


Theme Customization:

  • Customize and enhance Oracle APEX Universal Themes to align with user and business requirements


JavaScript Toolkit Integration:

  • Leverage the JavaScript Extension Toolkit (JET) to create dynamic and visually appealing user interfaces


Integration:

  • Build and integrate APIs to facilitate seamless communication between systems


System Maintenance:

  • Ensure the applications are secure, reliable, and optimized for high performance


Troubleshooting:

  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions


Documentation:

  • Maintain thorough documentation for applications, processes, and best practices


Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field


Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Oracle technologies, including Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and low-code development


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for backend programming
  • Expertise in JavaScript and Oracle JET for front-end functionality
  • Proven ability to customize Oracle APEX Universal Themes
  • Strong understanding of APEX-specific features and best practices


Problem Solving:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills


Team Collaboration:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams


Certification:

  • Professional certification in Oracle technologies is a plus


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with API integration using ORDS
  • Familiarity with modern reporting tools like Jasper Reports
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices
  • Understanding of cloud-based Oracle APEX deployment
