Oracle HCM Fusion Techno Functional Senior Consultant

• Bachelor’s degree in computer (Engineering or Science).
• 6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud product / solutions.
• Complete end-to-end Implementation of latest version of Oracle Fusion ( Payroll, Core HR, Absence , Compensation , PM , … )
• Expertise in implementing and/or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Applications.
• Proficient in HCM modules, including but not limited to Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, ORC etc.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences, from executives to technical specialists.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing and adapting action plans.
• Hands on experience in implementation and support of HCM modules .
• Onsite-offshore communication and work management.
• Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes.
