Client Description Leading IT & Telecom services provider Job Description Lead the Mobile Core Network Engineering team Design, develop and plan mobile core network infrastructure Define and design core network evolution and roadmap Initiate network monetization strategies Manage vendors, implement projects and manage any potential risks Budget control for both CAPEX and REVEX Job Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines At least 8 years of relevant experience in core network system engineering, preferably gained in the Telecom industry or consultancy firms Solid exposure in the project and vendor management Excellent leadership, project management and influencing skills Good business acumen, analytical and detail-minded team leader, capable of balancing conflicting interests Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
