As a trusted technical expert, you will actively contribute to the scalability, security, and performance optimization of the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring seamless transitions between local and cloud resources.


Key Responsibilities

Cloud Network Architecture:

  • Design, implement, and manage highly available network solutions on AWS, leveraging advanced knowledge of VPCs, Direct Connect, Transit Gateways, and other cloud networking services.
  • Optimize hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity strategies while ensuring performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support application deployment pipelines with secure and scalable network configurations.

Network Security & Compliance:

  • Enforce security best practices, including firewall configurations, traffic management, and data encryption techniques.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, applying security controls across AWS environments.
  • Proactively identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation measures.

On-Premises & Hybrid Network Engineering:

  • Manage and troubleshoot on-premises network components such as routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure reliable connectivity.
  • Configure and troubleshoot hybrid cloud solutions, including site-to-site VPN tunnels between local and AWS environments.
  • Drive the integration and migration of on-prem systems to cloud-based resources.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Use advanced monitoring tools to analyze key metrics, ensuring optimal network performance and uptime.
  • Implement traffic prioritization strategies that improve bandwidth utilization and performance across environments.
  • Document best practices, configurations, and workflows for long-term scalability.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong emphasis on AWS networking environments.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with AWS networking components and services, including VPCs, Transit Gateway, Route 53, Direct Connect, VPNs, and PrivateLink.
  • Deep knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, BGP, etc.).
  • Proven experience designing and implementing load balancing and fault-tolerant architectures in AWS.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills (mandatory).
  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive resolution of conflicting requirements (mandatory).
  • Expertise in network security best practices within cloud environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty (ANS-C01).
  • Experience with other public cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency with scripting or automation languages such as Python or PowerShell.
