What You’ll Do

As a Senior Mechanical Systems Engineer, you’ll be a technical leader within our Building Services team, responsible for:

· Designing HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems for a variety of facilities

· Performing heating and cooling load calculations

· Selecting equipment and writing detailed technical specifications

· Leading construction administration efforts

· Applying BIM technology (Revit) to design integration

· Supporting energy efficiency initiatives including assessments, renewable energy integration, and life-cycle cost analysis

· Estimating project budgets and construction costs

· Contributing to facility assessment and long-term planning

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer ready to guide project teams, contribute to firm-wide expertise, and grow into a leadership position.

What We’re Looking For

We want to hear from professionals who bring both technical strength and leadership drive. Our ideal candidate has:

· A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· A current PE License (Professional Engineer)

· 5 to 15 years of progressively responsible experience in mechanical systems design

· Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

· Experience with LEED, energy modeling, or building commissioning (a plus)

· Excellent communication and project leadership skills
