Role Overview:

As a Senior Mechanical Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and technical leadership of building services engineering projects. You will focus on mechanical systems design while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

· Design and development of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems

· Perform heating/cooling load calculations and energy modeling

· Select equipment and prepare detailed technical specifications

· Lead construction administration and oversee BIM coordination

· Conduct facility assessments, energy audits, and design alternative evaluations

· Support manpower planning and cost estimation for projects

· Contribute to renewable energy and energy conservation strategies


What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering

· PE licensure with 5–15 years of relevant experience and progressive leadership roles

· Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

· LEED accreditation, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), or Building Commissioning experience is highly desirable

· A collaborative mindset and drive to lead teams toward high-performance solutions
