Summary

Marcom is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apple's consumer facing marketing. We ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all medias and platforms. Every day, hundreds of millions of Apple customers around the world interact with our products. We drive the strategy and creative work that provide both new and existing customers with simple, engaging and inspiring marketing experiences. As the manager of our worldwide(WW) media planning team you will partner with various cross functional teams and our media agency to develop and execute global innovative and effective media campaigns. This will include all media channels and will benefit from cross functional leadership collaboration with strategy, the advertising team and analytics. As the leader of our media planning team, you will oversee a team of planners and our media partners in the ideation and execution of media plans that focus on both brand building and those that drive performance. Responsibilities include: * Managing a multimillion dollar budget, optimizing media spend to achieve constant improvements in campaign goals. * Nurturing and leading your team with best practices and campaign insights, empowering the team to innovate and execute high-performance campaigns. * Building a strong partnership with our global media agency sharing in the opportunity to be creative and effective. * Staying ahead and test any of the new trends, behaviors, audiences and ad technology as the media landscape continues to quickly evolve. * Collaborating with senior leadership to align media strategies with broader marketing goals. * Leading data-driven insights and performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and drive strategic decision-making * Briefing and supporting our media teams globally in their efforts to implement their local campaigns. Deep expertise on the communication process and how different inputs and messaging impact the customer journey Proven experience in implementing A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, audiences or platforms, improving conversion or engagement rates Experience in audience and media planning with extensive knowledge in media analytics Ability to be move between broad strategic alignment to deep specific approaches depending on the audience Current knowledge and experience in channel planning across all channels especially digital and social Provide thought leadership in emerging media and technology International media planning or buying experienceArray
