We are looking for a Paid media expert with a focus on Paid Social to join our in-house organization of Media planning experts responsible for planning and execution stewardship for all consumer campaigns across the Meta family of apps and Meta Corporate Marketing. Our Media Planning team is at the forefront of media, constantly pushing the boundaries of plans to captivate audiences and contribute to business outcomes, through collaboration, continuous learning, and a commitment to success.6+ years of experience in digital media, 3+ years of experience in paid social Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms, having crafted media solutions that drive positive outcomes Experience creating, implementing and measuring a comprehensive strategy leveraging the Meta advertising products Digital advertising experience, with understanding of ad operations, trafficking, and/or data analytics Experience building relationships with cross-functional groups and influencing outcomes across multiple levels of management, teams and disciplines Experience with A/B testing and marketing effectiveness measurement methodologies i.e brand lift studies, conversion lift, Media Mix Models etc. Project management experience Microsoft Excel experience (e.g. pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros) Analytical experience working with data teams to analyze product performance and inform decision-making BA/BS degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field Professional experience at a media agency or ad tech firm Understanding of mobile creative best practices Big Brand Experience, either working at large agencies or holding companies Experience with direct response and brand marketing is a plus, data and technology solutions, advertising technology, and/or advertising partnerships Basic to intermediate-level SQL proficiency
