Responsibilities

• Support business by driving transformation initiatives and workflow optimization
• Lead initiatives to enhance workflows, service capabilities, and overall operational performance
• Identify business pain point & prioritize productivity improvements and business growth
• Collaborate across teams to execute strategic initiatives
• Refine service delivery processes to enhance customer experience
• Prioritize and track key projects while addressing challenges proactively
• Establish feasible metrics to evaluate operational improvements
• Implement operational improvements aligned with business goals
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and enhance team visibility (including offshore shared service team)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Consulting experience in transformation projects in insurance
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing projects with clear frameworks and effective stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
